The owner of the online store goldenstevia.ee (hereinafter E-store) is Maauurija OÜ (registration code 14640631), located at Müürivahe 24-7, Tallinn, 10140, Harjumaa.
ORDER GOLDEN STEVIA SWEETENER
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of Golden Stevia products from the goldenstevia.ee e-store.
We process orders between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., if necessary outside the specified time. Please note that we are not always able to fulfill orders placed outside of these working hours.
Information about the product is provided in the E-shop directly next to the product.
The prices of the products sold in the e-shop are indicated in euros next to the products.
The price of the product includes a fee for delivering the goods, except for campaigns during which the goods are delivered free of charge. Customers will be additionally informed of such an opportunity either in the GoldenStevia newsletter, on the website and/or on social media.
The fee for delivering the goods to the Customer depends on the location of the Customer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when completing the order.
In agreement with Maauurija OÜ, the customer can pick up the ordered product himself.
It is possible to pay for Golden Stevia orders by bank transfer. In this case, the Customer must ensure payment before receiving the order. Orders not paid by the due date cannot be fulfilled.
When picking up the order yourself, it is also possible to pay in cash. Please specify the payment method when placing the order and stick to it to avoid misunderstandings.
VALIDITY OF THE SALES AGREEMENT, PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the goldenstevia.ee E-store.
The prices of the products sold in the e-shop are in euros and are indicated next to the products.

When paying by bank transfer, the Customer must ensure payment before receiving the order. Orders not paid by the due date cannot be fulfilled.
We store ordered products that have not been picked up for a maximum of 6 months from the date of payment for the order. After the mentioned deadline, we are not able to issue the goods. We ask you to be responsible and pick up the ordered goods as soon as possible, by agreeing with us in advance.
We handle orders from Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
To place an order, select the appropriate product/products and follow the automatic instructions of the e-store.
The contents of the shopping cart are visible in the upper right corner of the page, click on the shopping cart for more detailed information. In addition to reviewing the order, the Customer can change the items in the shopping cart and their quantities, remove products, add or reduce quantities.
We post shipments within Estonia to the destination specified by the buyer within 1-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract, delivery outside Estonia takes place within 14 calendar days. If possible, the goods will be shipped the same or the next day. If you are in a hurry to receive the goods, we recommend adding this information in the notes, and if possible, the goldenstevia.ee online store will send the package faster. Depending on stock and suppliers, delivery times may vary from product to product.
Golden Stevia OÜ is obliged to deliver the goods within 14 days at the latest. If it is not possible to deliver the goods, the customer will be informed of this by e-mail and the amount paid by the customer will be returned immediately, but no later than within 30 days.
When placing an order, the Customer is required to enter the data marked with an asterisk to fulfill the order – name, e-mail address, company (if the invoice goes to a company), delivery address and mobile phone number.
Registration as a customer is not mandatory, but it is important to fill in the fields necessary for the delivery of the package in order to complete the order.
In order to complete the order smoothly and without problems, the Customer is obliged to check the entered data and articles before confirming the order.
For products that are out of stock, we will send you additional information about the delivery time.
A copy of the order will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer. If the customer has not received a copy of the order, please inform us as soon as possible.

It is possible to pay for the order on the basis of an advance invoice by transfer or by using the PayPal link in the ordering environment of the e-shop.
The customer pays the total amount for the Product by confirming the order.
After paying for the order, we will send the Customer an order confirmation to the e-mail address specified by him. By sending the order confirmation to the Customer’s e-mail address, the sales contract between the Customer and Maauurija OÜ is considered concluded, and the products are delivered to the Customer in the manner and place of delivery confirmed by the Customer in the order.
With the delivery method “I’ll pick it up myself”, it is also possible to pay in cash upon receiving the order.
When paying with an advance invoice, we will send an advance invoice to the Customer’s e-mail address, on the basis of which the payment will be made within the payment deadline specified on the invoice.
When paying by bank transfer, be sure to include the order number in the explanation. If the person making the payment is different from the person who placed the order, please add the name of the person who made the order to the bank transfer.
When the amount of the order is received in Maauurija OÜ’s bank account, we will start fulfilling the order.
The order will be canceled if the total amount of the order has not been received on the account of Golden Stevia OÜ within the payment deadline.
The contract is concluded from the moment the payment reaches Golden Stevia OÜ’s current account.
If you do not agree with the terms of sale, it is not possible to make a purchase.
FILLING AN ORDER
All products in stock are generally delivered within 1-7 working days /in exceptional cases within 14 days at the latest/ and outside Estonia within 14 calendar days after order confirmation (i.e. receipt of payment to Maauurija OÜ’s current account).
If the product cannot be sent to you within the specified delivery time or the desired products have different delivery times, we will contact you further.
If it is not possible to deliver the goods, the customer will be informed of this by e-mail and the amount paid by the customer will be returned immediately, but no later than within 30 days.
The customer is obliged to ensure that the order is received in the chosen manner and place. When ordering delivery to the parcel machine, the Customer is obliged to pick up the order as soon as possible when the message arrives, the order is kept in the parcel machine for a week, after which the package is sent back to the e-shop. The e-shop is not responsible for fulfilling the contract in a situation that has arisen as a result of the Customer’s actions/inaction.
We store ordered goods that have been paid for but not picked up for a maximum of 6 months.
If the delivery is delayed or the order cannot be fulfilled, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract in such a case.
Please note that the order fulfillment and delivery time may be longer on weekends and holidays.

We also ask you to notify us if, after a reasonable period of time, an order confirmation has not been sent to the e-mail address you entered.
The goods are sent to the following countries: the Republic of Estonia, by prior agreement we will also post orders to Finland, by agreement with the customer also elsewhere. For this purpose, please contact us via e-mail email@example.com.
The e-shop delivers the order to the Customer with the parcel machine selected by the Customer in accordance with the selection made by the Customer in the ordering environment.
When finalizing the purchase, the customer chooses the delivery method that suits him by ticking the appropriate option:
with Smartpost, we send the package to the parcel machine chosen by the Customer;
With the Post24 parcel machine, we send the package to the parcel machine chosen by the Customer;
The Customer can pick up the ordered products at our office. On-site pick-up takes place only by prior agreement and at an agreed time.
The delivery prices given in the e-shop are valid for sending the package to a parcel machine in Estonia. To place an order abroad, please contact us by phone (+372 56488888) or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The customer will be notified by e-mail about the shipment of the product, if possible with the tracking code of the postal machine.
The Customer will also be notified in advance if the products are ready for handover, if the pick-up method is selected.
As a rule, delivery by parcel machine takes place within 1-2 working days.
To ensure smooth delivery of your order and to avoid further problems, please check the information you entered before confirming your order.
The e-shop is not responsible for delays or problems if the delay or problem is due to inaccurate data entered by the Customer when placing the order.
The e-shop is not responsible for delays caused by the actions of contractual partners in the event that the order has been handed over for delivery, but the delivery is delayed for reasons beyond our control /force majeure/.
Products sold in the goldenstevia.ee e-store are regulated by the return of products. If the Customer is not satisfied with the product for any reason, he has the right to return the UNOPENED AND UNUSED PRODUCT with the original labels and in the original packaging within 14 days from the arrival of the product at the parcel machine chosen by the Customer, by informing the Golden Stevia e-shop of the desire to return to the e-mail address email@example.com as soon as possible. . The customer must ensure that the returned product is unused and in good condition.
The customer can use it to familiarize himself with the thing in the way that is necessary to make sure of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the thing in the same way as it is allowed to test the goods in a physical store.
An unused product means that the product must not have any marks, traces, or damage that the product did not have when it arrived at the customer. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the consumer has already used the product, tried it with his finger or opened the package in a way that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, it can no longer be offered to third parties.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, the E-shop has the right to refuse to take back the product and refund the purchase price.
Depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right of withdrawal, in this case the corresponding products and services must be listed and they must comply with the conditions listed in § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
In the return notification, the Customer shall enter the following information: order number and date of submission, date of receipt, product name and quantity, customer’s name and contact information, method of returning the goods and send it to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of the goods at the latest. The product to be returned must be returned to the E-shop immediately, but no later than within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal request.
In the event that the Customer returns the order in accordance with the conditions set out in this subsection, the E-shop will refund to the Customer the cost of the returned product together with the cost of delivering the goods. The cost of the Product will be returned to the Customer no later than within 14 days, from the moment when the Customer has submitted the return request to the E-store, provided that the returned Product itself reaches the E-store within this time (i.e. 14 days).
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return lies in the fact that the thing to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective product).
In the event of a defective product, the Customer is obliged to contact the E-shop immediately. The e-shop replaces the product or refunds the cost of the product and the return costs of the parcel machine. If the product is damaged, the E-shop will bear the cost of replacing the product. The money will be returned for the returned product to the buyer’s bank account from which the order was paid, no later than 14 days after the product is returned.
In the case of a partial return, only the cost of the returned product will be refunded.
The customer has the right to exchange an UNOPENED AND UNUSED product with original labels and in the original packaging for another product within 14 days. For this purpose, please send an e-mail to our e-mail address email@example.com. If there was more than one product in the order, please specify which product you want to exchange. Due to the difference in the price of the products, the difference belongs either to the return or to the additional payment. Please note that we can exchange the product only when we have received the returned product, and depending on the postal service provider, this may take approx. 1 week.
The product can be returned free of charge for the Customer within 14 days after receiving the product from a Smartpost or Post24 parcel machine. To return the product, the same door code with which the customer received the product from the parcel machine must be used in the SmartPost parcel machine, while in the Post24 parcel machine, the return code that was sent to the Customer with the package arrival notification must be used. If the mentioned code has not been saved, please contact Smartpost or Post24 to get the necessary code.
When returning through the post office, goods worth 30 EUR and more are eligible for return.
The e-shop has the right to terminate the contract if the product ordered by the Customer is no longer in the assortment and the customer does not wish to replace it. In this case, the customer is immediately informed and the purchase amount is returned as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.
The E-shop also has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and to demand the goods back from the buyer, if the price of the goods in the E-shop is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to an error.
RIGHT TO MAKE A CLAIM
The e-shop is responsible for the non-compliance or deficiency of the goods sold to the Customer /the product has been damaged during transportation or does not match its description upon receipt/, which was already present at the time of handing over the item and which appears within two years from the handing over of the goods to the Customer. Within the first six months from the delivery of the item to the Customer, it is assumed that the defect was already present at the time of delivery of the item. It is the responsibility of the E-shop to refute the corresponding assumption.
Since the goldenstevia.ee E-shop sells natural products, which usually have a shelf life of less than two years, it is not possible to rely on the non-compliance of the product after the “best before” date indicated on the product has arrived.
In the event of a defect, the customer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
The submitted claim must be in written form /e.g. e-mail/, the following must be stated in the claim:
1. the consumer’s name and contact details;
2. the date of submission of the claim;
3. lack of goods or services;
4. claim submitted to the e-shop;
5. the document certifying the execution of the transaction or the guarantee must be referred to or a copy of it must be attached to the complaint.
The e-shop is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the goods have been handed over to the Customer.
If the goods purchased from the E-shop have defects for which the E-shop is responsible, the E-shop will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the E-shop will return to the Customer all fees included in the sales contract.
The e-shop responds to the Customer’s complaint in writing within 14 days.
The Golden Stevia trademark /logo, text/ and the website goldenstevia.ee belong to Maauurija OÜ.
The content and design of the website goldenstevia.ee and the E-shop, including digital products, graphics, photos, articles and recipes are protected by copyright and the exclusive right to use them belongs to Maauurija OÜ.
The product photos and product descriptions provided with the products belong to the manufacturer and/or importer, except for the photos and texts of catering products, the exclusive rights of which belong exclusively to Maauurija OÜ.
The content of the website may not be distributed, reproduced or modified in any form without the written permission of Golden Stevia OÜ.
LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE
The Parties shall be released from the fulfillment of obligations arising from and related to the Agreement in part or in full if this is prevented by force majeure, whereby the Parties are obliged to take all measures to prevent damage to the other Party and to ensure the fulfillment of the Agreement to the greatest extent possible. The occurrence of force majeure must be proven by the Party that wants to refer to the mentioned circumstances as a basis to be released from the responsibility arising from the law and/or stipulated in the contract for non-fulfillment or non-compliant fulfillment of the obligations assumed by the contract.
For the purposes of the contract, force majeure does not include a change in the economic situation of a party, bad weather conditions, price increase, vacation, bankruptcy, nor a bankruptcy warning or securing a lawsuit.
Any responsibility of the online store is limited to the cost of the product.
Estonian law applies to the conditions.
If the Customer has complaints about the E-shop, they must be sent in writing to the e-mail address email@example.com.
All disputes between the Customer and the E-shop are resolved through negotiations.
If no agreement is reached, the Customer has the right to appeal to the Consumer Protection Board or Harju County Court. The competence of the Consumer Protection Committee is to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the consumer and the entrepreneur, which the parties have not been able to resolve by agreement.
